Sea-View Spacious Family Villa

Villa Optimum is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. This luxury villa is surrounded by stunning sea and nature views, with each bedroom offering breathtaking sea vistas. Featuring five bedrooms in total, the villa is ideal for large families, accommodating up to 10 guests. Its proximity to Kalkan Center and the beach ensures easy access for guests.

The villa does not accept more than 10 guests and only serves family groups; reservations for groups of friends are not available.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Sea view, 2 comfortable single beds, en-suite bathroom, and Daikin inverter air conditioning. (Ground Floor)
• Bedroom 2: Same features, offering 2 orthopedic single beds with sea view. (Ground Floor)
• Bedroom 3: Suite family room with sea view, double orthopedic bed, baby cot, private bathroom, double jacuzzi, balcony, and Daikin inverter air conditioning. (2nd Floor)
• Bedroom 4: Another suite family room with similar features, including a sea-view double bed and private bathroom. (2nd Floor)
• Bedroom 5: This suite family room features a terrace with panoramic sea views, a double orthopedic bed, and a private bathroom. (Attic Floor)

Kitchen

The modern American kitchen is equipped with a 6-seater dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, and various small appliances. It offers direct access to the pool area. (1st Floor)

Living Room

The living room opens to a sea-view terrace and provides access to the poolside. It features a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, a 32-inch 3D LED-Smart TV, and wireless internet connection. (1st Floor)

Garden

The villa boasts a private garden and a large swimming pool. The garden includes a table tennis table, a 4-seater dining table, and a swing.

Pool

The private swimming pool measures 9.5 m in length, 4.5 m in width, and 1.60 m in depth. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out daily.
